High Altitude Wrestling Club is going into our 8th season of training athletes. As always we are open to all wrestlers and all abilities!
Proven Results:
In the past 3 years: High Altitude Wrestling has helped produce 7 Division 1 wrestlers and numerous other wrestlers competing in different college ranks (Jr. College, NAIA, and Division 3).

1. Newton High School (6:30-8:00)
*Use S/SW parking lot (upper lot) and come through SW doors to Newton’s Wrestling Room)

Wednesdays:
Martensdale St Marys High School:
1. 6:15-7:30: Practice for beginners and kids in 2nd grade and under
2. 7:15-8:45: Practice for 3rd graders and up
Thursdays:
2. North Polk High School (6:30-8:00)
Fridays: **Friday Night Fight Night! — No one under 10 years old!**
1. Martensdale St Marys High School (6:30-8:30pm)
Sundays:
1. Martensdale St Marys (4:30-6:30) – Youth HAWC GOLD (6th grade and under)
2. Martensdale St Marys (6:30-8:30) – MS/HS HAWC GOLD (7th grade to 12th grade)
